1 pd. ground hambuger
2 tbls Worchester sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 pkg. mushroom or brown gravy
Mix hamburger with worchester sauce, garlic and salt and pepper. Brown patties in pan. Mix gravy with 1 cup water and pour over cook patties. Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer for 15 min. Serve with mashed potatoes:)
