Cream of Broccoli Soup – Shirley Cottrell

Cut up chop 6 cups broccoli.
Finely dice 1 medium onion
Saute broccoli and onion in 1 cube butter until tender
Add- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 cups milk, Cream together until smooth
1 pound velveeta cheese to hot mixture and stir until melted.
