1 1/4 cup hot water
1 pkg instant yeast
2 Tb butter/margarine
2 egg whites
1 Tb dough enhancer
2 cup white flour
1 1/2 C wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
mix hot water and yeast, set aside for 5 min
add all other ingredients into mixer, then add water and yeast.
mix for 10 min
put in greased loaf pan
let rise about 30 min, (until even with top of pan)
cook on 325 for 30 min
makes 1 loaf
