COUNTRY ROAST AND VEGETABLES

1 Roast
1 Onion, sliced
Peeled potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn
3 Tblsp. Butter or Margerine
1 cup water
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ cup Flour

Place roast in Crockpot. Add vegetables and butter. Mix flour with water, salt, and pepper. Add to vegetables and meat. Cook on low 6 – 12 hours, or high for less than 6 hours.

NOTE: My kids don’t like roasted potatoes. So I add the potatoes from the crockpot to some boiled potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
