Traditional Spanish Rice (Pauli Martinez)

For about 1 cup of uncooked rice: Brown your 1 c. of rice in a pan. Add your 2 c. of water. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. of onion salt and some other kind of tomato bouillon(it's in spanish) I'll have to see the exact name of it. I'll tell you tomorrow.....Sometimes I add some cilantro or a little bit of cumin... Just depends! I'll find out what that's called for sure! :)
